Our Role

Under the renewed agreement, IO Controls will continue to:

• Provide planned and reactive BMS maintenance across all Broadgate properties
• Support lifecycle planning and upgrade works
• Enable data visibility and performance tracking through BMS integration
• Contribute to operational energy management, occupant comfort, and system stability

This renewal also marks the next phase of IO Controls’ involvement in British Land’s broader sustainability programme.
