IO Controls has been selected to deliver the BMS fitout for 3 Sheldon Square, a recently redeveloped smart building located at the heart of Paddington Central — an 11-acre mixed-use campus owned by British Land in joint venture with GIC, Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund.

About the Development
3 Sheldon Square offers over 200,000 sq ft of prime commercial space across 12 floors, including two newly added levels, a reconfigured entrance, and fully refurbished interiors.
The building is part of a wider strategy to deliver smart-enabled, high-performance environments across Paddington Central — integrating office, retail, residential, and public realm improvements.

The BMS at 3 Sheldon Square will feature:
