Smart Building Development - 3 Sheldon Square, Paddington Central

Project Win Alert! IO Controls is excited to announce that we've been awarded the BMS fitout contract for the cutting-edge 3 Sheldon Square commercial building, located in Paddington Central, London.

The project's "Smart Building" specification will feature state-of-the-art MQTT BMS hardware, ensuring a highly efficient and sustainable environment. Recently redeveloped, 3 Sheldon Square now boasts over 200,000 sq ft of office space across 12 floors, with the addition of two new levels, a revamped entrance, and a complete interior refurbishment.

This redevelopment is part of the larger Paddington Central project, an 11-acre mixed-use campus transforming the area into a vibrant, eco-friendly community. Owned by British Land in a joint venture with GIC, Singapore's sovereign wealth fund, the campus offers a mix of office, residential, hotel, retail, and leisure spaces.
