Due to the retirement of an esteemed colleague, IO Controls is currently seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to join us and oversee our dynamic Project Team. This presents a unique opportunity for a talented professional with a strong track record in delivering successful BEMS projects and a solid understanding of the commercial and contractual aspects.

In our portfolio, we handle projects for our valued Support Customers, prominent Property Owners, Managing Agents, and End Users based in central London. Operating under an ISO 9001 Quality Management System (CIBSE Certification), our experienced Project Team consistently maintains high standards. Championing our QMS framework within the Projects Team is a key focus, ensuring excellence in all projects.

As a key member of our team, you will report directly to IO Controls' Board and play a crucial role during this leadership transition. With secured projects until 2024, you will assume the role from our retiring Senior Project Manager, ensuring a seamless handover. Your expertise and guidance will be instrumental in fostering the ongoing professional growth of our existing Project Managers and Engineers.
