As the incumbent BMS maintenance contractor for British Land, we're proud to continue our strong partnership and deliver quality solutions to our stakeholders.

199 Bishopsgate is a significant commercial development in the City of London, with approximately 146,389 sq ft of completely refurbished office space. Our contract involves refitting multiple floors, enhancing the building's functionality and efficiency.
