The Role of Support Engineer:
As a Support Engineer at IO Controls, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to deliver exceptional value to our clients. This role is both customer-focused and dynamic, offering a unique blend of responsibilities that will keep you engaged and challenged.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Planned Preventative Maintenance: Organize and oversee PPM Contracts, advising on BMS assets, and conducting PPM Visits as per our Quality Procedures.
Minor Works: Lead all aspects of Minor Works projects, from sales conversion to handover. This includes ensuring proper establishment, safety, coordination, design, profitability, and timely invoicing.
Callouts: Participate in our Callout Rota, providing remote support when needed and attending customer sites outside regular hours.
Quotations & Sales Opportunities: Handle all aspects of Minor Works Quotations, from reviewing initial inquiries to estimating required work, submitting quotes, and transitioning to project execution.
Additional Requirements: Engage with our Support Manager to identify and implement solutions that meet our customers' needs. Target sales opportunities to boost company turnover and nurture customer relationships.
