The Role of Minor Works Manager:

In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing a range of Minor Works that arise from our existing planned preventative maintenance contracts. Our clients trust us with a continuous flow of tasks such as controller upgrades, system enhancements, office fit-outs, system updates, and ongoing repairs. You may apply your technical skills to handle certain aspects or collaborate with other engineers to ensure efficient completion. This home-based position requires regular travel to various customer sites and our office in London.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Overseeing Minor Works: Manage and execute a diverse range of tasks from our maintenance contracts, including surveying, quoting, and ensuring top-quality completion.
• Client and Team Coordination: Maintain strong client relationships, manage resources efficiently, and enforce Health & Safety standards for all involved personnel.
• Quality and Financial Control: Uphold ISO 9001 standards, ensure profitable task delivery by managing budgets, and oversee prompt invoicing.
