Join Our Team: Support Manager Position Open at IO Controls

IO Controls is on the lookout for a dynamic and skilled Support Manager to enhance our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional with a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills, ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding position in our company.

As our Support Manager, you will be the driving force behind delivering efficient and profitable outcomes within our Support Department. Your role will primarily involve managing and building strong relationships with customers, identifying key sales opportunities, and providing guidance and support to our team of experienced Contract Administrators and Support Engineers

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement strategic account planning, fostering mutually beneficial partnerships and organic growth within our existing customer base.
• Identify opportunities to expand our maintenance portfolio, securing Minor Works and Projects, and contributing to the achievement of annual budgets.
• Manage an established team, including Contract Administrators and Support Engineers, supporting their roles in sales, PPMs, Minor Works, and Callouts.
• Collaborate closely with the Support Director for Account Planning and Management, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and values.

• Strong background in line management, preferably in a technical or engineering field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building customer relationships.
• Proven ability in strategic planning and execution.
• Familiarity with QMS and business management tools.
