IO Controls has been appointed to deliver a multi-floor BMS refit at 199 Bishopsgate, a key commercial property on the Broadgate Estate — one of London’s largest and most dynamic mixed-use campuses.

This project strengthens our long-standing partnership with British Land, where IO Controls serves as the incumbent BMS maintenance provider across the wider estate.

Project Scope

199 Bishopsgate comprises approximately 146,000 sq ft of Grade A office space, recently refurbished to meet the demands of modern occupiers.

IO Controls has been engaged to undertake BMS refit works across multiple floors, supporting both tenant fitouts and landlord improvements with reliable, future-ready systems.
