BMS Pre-Construction Manager Required at IO Controls

IO Controls is seeking a BMS Pre-Construction Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for an experienced Engineer seeking a new challenge, with a strong focus on estimation and collaboration between Sales and Project teams. 

As a Pre-Construction Manager, you will be responsible for estimating new BMS installations, system upgrades, enhancements, and energy initiatives. Drawing on your strong background in BMS engineering, you will conduct site surveys and contribute to pre-design activities. Knowledge of systems such as Trend, Tridium, Distech, or Cylon will be advantageous, although manufacturers' training can be provided.

Your main responsibilities will revolve around handling tender enquiries, interpreting specifications, and compiling accurate project proposals. Working closely with our Sales Director, you will provide technical expertise and support the estimation process from initial enquiry through to handover with our Projects Team.
