Big Project Win - Google Refit at Central Saint Giles

IO Controls is proud to announce that we have been awarded a significant BMS fitout project at Central Saint Giles, a mixed-use development designed by renowned Italian architect Renzo Piano, situated in central London.

In January 2022, Google purchased Central Saint Giles for £730 million, with plans for a multimillion-pound refurbishment focusing on collaboration, flexibility, and wellbeing in line with their vision for the future of work.

This project is particularly significant for IO Controls, as we have been maintaining the building for the landlord for a number of years. We're honoured to be a part of Google's transformative vision and to continue our long-standing relationship with Central Saint Giles.
