1 Finsbury Avenue - BMS Maintenance at Grade II Listed Building

IO Controls is pleased to announce our maintenance contract for the Building Management System at 1 Finsbury Avenue, a Grade II listed building in the prestigious Broadgate Estate.

Designed by Arup Associates in the 1980s, 1 Finsbury Avenue offers 281,000 sq ft of office space. Its recent refurbishment by AHMM connects it with Finsbury Avenue Square and the Broadgate Campus.
